12 ways to a tropical body!

okay , so whether you have put on weight this summer holidays , or lost some.. we all still strive for the perfect image. Although , it can be hard to fit it into work , school & a social life.. so heres 12 ways to get that tropical body we all want , to mach your holiday tan!  No we aren't all going to be as beautiful as natalie Portman or cameron diaz.. but we can all do things to get a more toned , healthier body.

1. Sleep! yes , sleep more. studies show that less than 4 hours of sleep a night over a period of time slows down your metabolism.

2. laugh! laughing for 10-15 minutes each day will burn over 50 calories , just the more reason to watch comedies and see friends!

3. While the kettles boiling squeeze your bum really hard , and only until the kettle is ready un tense , this will also burn calories and you will get a toned , jiggle free bum that women strive for!

4. Dehydration causes your metabolic rate to drop , so keep water near and always stay hydrated!

5. Cut out tv dinners from your lifestyle , try to focus on what your meant to be doing , which is eating. the body will will take more notice of the food and you will physiologically feel fuller for longer.

6. Eat slowly , it takes around 20 minutes for your body to register its full.

7. Spicy foods and subtle morning exercises increase the metabolic rate for longer.

8. just 15 minutes of housework burn around 50 calories , chores are great for burning calories  , so if your a mum .. your way to go!

9. protein for breakfast keeps you fuller for longer!

10. hoovering will burn calories and tone your upper body , woo!

11. add in subtle exercises during your day , while you getting changed maybe do some squats , or watching tv maybe to a few sit ups , in time this will all add up!

12. Wearing heel maybe the cause of sore & bad structured feel , but walking in heels tones your legs and can help with posture if your understanding of the situation is correct , so now we don't have to give up our favourite shoes:)!
